Top Navigation Apps on iOS in Hungary Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the performance of the top navigation and maps applications on iOS in Hungary presented varied trends in downloads and active users, as per Sensor Tower data.

Google Maps exhibited a fluctuating download pattern, starting the quarter with approximately 6.8K downloads, peaking at 7.7K by late July, and then stabilizing around 5.6K to 6.2K towards the end of September. Active users remained robust, starting at 353K, with minor fluctuations, and ending the quarter at 329K.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a moderate download trend beginning at 3.9K, reaching a peak of 6.1K in mid-August, and tapering off to about 3.1K by the end of September. Active user numbers showed a slight decline from 197K to 186K over the quarter.

Google Earth downloads started at 1.2K and gradually declined to 698 by the end of September. The active user base followed a similar pattern, starting at 6.9K and ending at 5.8K.

Speedometer × maintained a steady download rate, beginning with 498 downloads and gradually decreasing to 271. Weekly revenue showed minor fluctuations, peaking at $20 in early August. Active users started at 505 and concluded the quarter at 371.
